My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and I...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Thanks, was half-asleep yesterday..
*ugh*
Then I got busy.
Had to rake leaves from near noon until 3PM.
After that I had to mark some luggage so that it's owner can ID it at the airport.
I painted a blue rose and a red rose on the one.
First attempt at painting with acryilics.
*cough cough*
Evanescence - Goodnight
Goodnight, sleep tight
No more tears
Goodnight morning, I'll be here
And when we say goodnight,
Dry your eyes
Because we said goodnight,
And not goodbye
We said goodnight
And not goodbye

Another Anniversary.
One happy /one sad.
Be great if Sam would play the song of the Edmond Fitzgerald.

Evanescence - Goodnight
I like this. Thanks.
To: bentfeather
Welcome.
Almost everyone who has teh lyrics on their website has the ending as 'and now goodbye'.
But Amy doesn't pronounce the 't' in goodnite in the previous line, so when listening to the song she's sounding like 'goodnie'.
And when she gets to the last lines, she isn't making a sound like 'now', it sounds like she's softly saying 'not'.
*chuckle*
It'd funny to see the 'mondegreen' sheet on this one!

To me it's not a stretch. If there is a small crowd late at night and Karaoke is taking place I do an Edmond Fitzgerald sung by Swedish Chef routine. I always get a lot of laughs especially if I'm following a song that demonstrated my vocal talents. I like to do Elmer Fud singing the Beatles hit "Da Wong and Winding Woad" also. It is a perfect Elmer song. "Da wong and winding woad. Dat weads to yo doah. Will nevah diapeeah. I seen dat woad befoah. It always weads me heeah, weads me to your doah. Many times ah ben awone and many times I cwied. Anyway you'll nebah know the many ways I twied." See

Hilarious!! I got a real chuckle from that one!!
I went back and read your pleas to the Admin Mod to remove it! LOL
They thought it was funny too.
To: bentfeather
Yeah, but I felt it was extremely out of place.
And when I went looking for it on this trhead, had the cartoonish thought ballon pop open over my head full of "?????".
Then I went through 'my comments' and saw where it ended up, read some of the trhead, and then had the cartoonish bricks hit the seat of my pants...
*chuckle*
ugh.. what a day yesterday was...

You have to be a real hoot Flurry. I would love to see you perform!!
That Swedish Chef always cracked me up! One of my girls could do him so well! The Muppet Show was always a big hit in our house. Mother was the biggest fan. I absolutely love Miss Piggy!
It was a sad day when Hanson died. He was a creative genius.
To: Darksheare
Love that tagline!!
