I think it's possible some on this thread have gotten way off track. You JP, Calpernia, Cindy, SP, knak, Donna, Mama Ruth, Sean, tubavil ( I can't name everyone but you know if you've contributed) have done a wonderful job researching news and information that is related to this thread. Someone mentioned a few posts up that we have lost the reason for this thread, some dates have past but the February date still looms. It may be true, may not but I'm not willing to scoff at it and put my head back in the sand. Also someone bashed the information Sean provided about the House of Saud. I wonder if that person knows Sean's background and how much experience he has!

Opinions are valuable, but putting down what could be legitimate information is not valuable to this thread. I started on this thread because I felt that everyone was pulling together to gather all news pertinent to whether or not there is a looming threat of an attack on our soil, and where, when and how that may occur.

Anyone just coming on board this thread should, if possible, at least go back to the 9000 point and read some of the posts so they have a good idea as to what we are trying to do. OK I'm done, sorry just had to say that.

Hugs to you Gal. I agree with and believe in Sean, especially on the House of Saud . And Calpernia and SP2BF have been the best investigator and translator. We are lucky to have all three here when they could be elsewhere and getting paid.

Me, I do try to keep it to the news on many sources, for many people who are naysayers then cannot dispute whats written in periodicals.

In my case at least I had gone back and browsed a lot of the earlier posts ... don't remember the earliest numbers but I had skimmed a lot of the entire discussion.

My point was simply that looking at all of the material from EOM and what had been said by and about him/her/them/it did not pass my smell test. FWIW although I'm new to this board I've been around the Internet since, well, before it was the Internet - back when it was known as Arpanet and Usenet (early to mid 70's). I've seen an awful lot of stuff go by in different forums, and a high percentage of what's on the net is pure BS. I think the logorrhea from EOM is a prime example.

However, that having been said I don't think the concerns about the next 4 to 6 weeks are unfounded - far from it. There have been a number of things said by members of al-Qaeda that should cause concerns during this time frame, plus the time period around 2 February and 20 February of this year would have particular interest from some Islamic eschatological points of view. (Another of my interests is both Christian and non-Christian eschatology, about both of which I feel I'm reasonably well-read). And you don't have to believe all or even any of that in order to understand how it could be affecting people's actions.

Some of the other things that have been posted are much more interesting and useful than EOM's latest drivel.
