Is this the "4" so talked about?

I asked Don to ask his Indonesian wife if the number 4 had special meaning.

About 1996 or 97, on shortwave radio, I listened to the instructions on how to make, keep, and transport Bio germs or as now known WMD and also how to take down the main electric lines.

It concerned me, that they put on a couple hours of "This is how they will do it", but it was full instructions and mostly with what you may have available already, if you are so inclined.

I didn't know who to report it to. and never found the station again. Don't have a radio that will pick up shortwave now.

Kinda forgot that I had heard it, until the power lines went down in 11 western states, caused by a tree branch.

Maybe it was innocent teaching, but the removed bolts from the power towers and tree branches make me wonder.

As I recall, I can keep a vial of Bio active, by transporting it in my bra. Some of it will need a beer cooler/chest.

Could that be why so many little old ladies get checked at the airport?

Chemistry is not one of the things that I have studied, had lots of trouble remembering what I needed to know in mining.

Shortwave radio can have some strange stuff.

On MSNBC, Summer 2001, they had a documentary on how US weapons are moved on the country's highways. Some caches were stored at commercial storage sites. Some of them in rather ramshackle storage places run with minimum security.

The correspondents got in to look at the stuff; at one storage site, the operator said that the govt seemed to have forgotten about the weapons stored there since they'd been there for a long time. He was hoping the media exposure would get the Pentagon to come and pick them up.

Needless to say, the documentary hasn't been repeated, but it was mind blowing.
