I live in West Virginia, about two hours' time from that interchange named after Byrd. Not all of us are proud of it, but half of West Virginia's buildings and roads seem to be named for him. The road the guy references is at Interstate 77 south at Beckley West Virginia. Not to spread fear, but there are two tunnels just south of there leading into Virginia which have been the subject of debate whether or not extra hazmat precautions are needed...
