ARTICLE SNIPPET: "TORONTO -- Firefighters battled a three-alarm fire at the German consulate in a mid-town residential neighbourhood on Friday."

''They arrested someone approximately six or seven minutes after they arrived on scene,'' she said. ''All I know is I saw him with a tackle box. He was at the back of the building.''
Officials say the man was trying to interfere with efforts to put out the blaze.
Twenty-one vehicles were at the scene fighting the blaze."
