They have been warning us for over two months now.

Inaction on their part would indicate that they are indeed dead.

We've got a little over 3 weeks to go.

perhaps. but its probably just, if not more, likely that nothing happens now, and then sometime in June for example, some incident with an aircraft occurs. where were the warnings for Richard Reid's attempt for example?
