The Norwalk Virus is still active on the cruise ships, I get the Promed report and it has only been a week or so since there was an outbreak on a couple of ships, Hawaii and Australia I think.

I have always thought that they were deliberate. One of the last ones was 800 people, they no longer give the reports on the news, but it is very active.

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that we are a week into the New Year, and we have not suffered days of devastation ... we praise You for Your mercy. May it continue to be so, Merciful Father, as those charged with our safety and security continue to glean information and forewarn those targeted. Grace the nations with wisdom in the use of this information, that those who would do us harm would not escape. Bring forth that specific one in France who has drawn back into the shadows ... bring that one to light, that evil intent will be thwarted. Refine our systems of intelligence and security ... cause the enemy to be powerless ... draw the nations together in a united effort to rid the world of terrorism, for You would have us live peaceable lives.

May Your hand of protection rest mightily upon us, not through merit of our own, but because You are a loving God. Turn us from any wicked way, that we might always rest secure in Your love. Oh my...had no idea NV was still active on cruise ships. Thanks for the update. Have cruise ships in previous years been so vulnerable & has NV been very active before this past year (on ship or on land)? I've wondered about whether outbreaks were deliberate, also....

the norwalk viruses on cruise ships are not deliberate, they are caused by both the cleanliness of the third world crew and the passengers themselves. if you want to cruise, use Purell to clean your hands after having touched common items, especially utensils on the buffet line, and you will be fine.
