New GIM info: Can you translate the "red" image?

I can't translate Arabic text in images, only Arabic text through Tarjim which is a rough translation, but good enough to get the jist of what is being said. I believe StillProud2BeFree translated the text in this image a couple hundred posts back in this thread. BTW, CALL19 had two posts today, they were basically copy/paste jobs of the links from GlobalIslamicMedia regarding today's OBL audio tape (move along, nothing to see here, yada, yada, yada).
