Back in the 80's, Mt. Weather used to contain the US Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East Division (Rear). Along with all those underground bunkers and such. Nothing strategic.
Used to be some good deer hunting up that way.
It's an entire bleepin' city! We originally got interested when I think it was MH ? mentioned that Mt. Weather was near the town in question of chatter, in VA
