The universities and Net cafes have multiple people assigned to Yahoo logons. He is not necessarily the same person. He will only be there at certain times. Whenever his shift or turn is up, someone else will be there under the same logon.
I learned this from when I use to have Messenger.

Yes, that would be logical... if you are correct and Daleel is being used to coordinate an international band of people... the downloads from his yahoo site would be useful.
The photos in his section could have data buried in the files... perhaps requiring conversion to a particular binary file and then conversion to some language...
I've wondered what those initial sets of files are that he loaded... are those the conversion routines for the embedded data or some other digital key to decrypt data?
On the other hand, if he's just a simple hacker, that download could be a trojan horse, a worm, or a virus to open your PC to Daleel.
