The system of government in Iraq after Saddam disappearance*

My friends, the big problem of government in Iraq (And all Arabic countries) is holding the power by only one man.

The leader, king, prince or any thing else.

Saddam has many titles.

In the new system in Iraq (After Saddam disappearance) I hope that we can reverse this.

I hope we will have one title for many men!!!

This is the idea:

We crate a council with 5 members under this title: Member of government council.

Each member will be come president of the council and the country (Iraq) for one month.

Each member has the right to stay in the council for 5 years.

Each member represents some governances of Iraq maybe like this:

Area No.1 Alslaimany, Arbil, Dhok and Kurkuk.

Area No.2 Nainwa, Salah Aldeen and Alanbar.

Area No.3 Baghdad, Daila and Babil.

Area No.4 Wastt, Alqadsai, Karblaa and Alnajaf

Area No.5 Almothana, Theqar, Mesan and Albasra.

I love to discuss this Idea with you if you are interesting please post your comments in my group: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/iraq_4all/

Thanks

I believe it is a good thing for Iraq to have as many states as possible. This post mentions 5 areas with regions within each area.

I'd prefer to see each area be a state.

It will provide for greater diversity of opinion, and in the long run, that's best for a republic. It brings more representatives to the national legislature, whatever form it takes.
