For no good reason, this looks like a good place to post my book louse:

The metal object is a standard staple, which I placed there for scale. I collected the book louse this week from a 1950's Mentor edition of "The Teachings of the Compassionate Buddha". The picture was taken with my daughter's Digital Blue QX-3 Microscope at 60X. Here it is at 200X.
