Cristina comes from the Whitney Houston school of hamming-up-my-voice-to-hide-my-lack-of-talent school of singing.
I don't care for Britney or Cristina, but do admit to watching Ms. Spears with the sound off from time to time.

Well, I don't care for them much but for the looking, either, but Aguilera had better range...and proceeded to waste it on crappy pop tunes. Same with Houston: a three octave range, as I recall, but outside of the wartime Super Bowl national anthem, she's sung nothing but pop crap.

Say what you want about Christina, she has a magnificent voice. She is immensely talented.
I just wish she would rely more on her talent and less on her slutty personae. She has enough of the former to not need any of the latter to be a star.
