STUPID AND ARROGANT: Stephen A. Smith predicts Democrats will mistake a vote against Trump for a mandate, try to impeach Pete Hegseth and investigate Marco Rubio.
“And that same kind of chaos is going to cost them the presidency in 2028.”

A silver lining.
Observant folks: watch who they *don’t* target.
(e.g. not one Dem said even a mean word to Pence, while they were busy trying to get nearly everyone else in DJT45’s administration in jail, broke, or dead)
In other words, the Democrats will act like The Dallas Cowboys.
And Trump may wind up pissing off enough Republicans that this time they may join the Rats.
I don't see any threat of a Veto Power in this.....
“We'll work with the Democrats, and we'll, you know, look forward to working with them. We'll probably work something out,”
It’s folly to go to war against the Secretary of War.
Just as I said JD Vance was right in his assessment earlier, I believe Steven A. Smith is right in his assessment here as well.
You see, democrats have one vice that is a major flaw to them, and it’s this: When they do receive power enough to actually do something, they will always use that power in a way that oversteps their bounds and causes a public backlash in the opposite direction.
They did this under Obama and got Trump in 2016. They did it again under Biden and got Trump again in 2024. Recent history indicates they will reach for the forbidden fruit a third time. I can only pray this time they will reap from us a Bukele or Milei or other such figure who will not shy away from cracking skulls, figuratively and literally.
By that time, it may well be necessary.
After listening to Marco time and time again, he will eat them for lunch in any hearing the RATs could devise.
“You can’t fight in here, this is the War Room!”
I have no doubt Dems will overplay their hand...
yesterday was disappointing, but its a marathon not a sprint.
Sometimes you got to sit back and just let the train wreck itself...
Antifa will be emboldened.
The DSA is going to investigate Trump’s neighbor’s underwear purchase and the dog that looked towards Trump’s cousin’s neighbor’s car. They will launch impeachments against every person in any Trump administration. Then they will do nothing to improve the “affordability” crisis that got them elected.
His statement was only applicable to “Gentlemen”.
I used to have great faith in the American electorates’ insight. After last night, I only see lazy, arrogant, spiteful, and stupid voters and little to no chance things will improve. This mid-term was a run over, pivotal event of fundamental change for the country’s political governing system. With Islamists and Communist entrenchment now in the country, a political solution is off the boards. Too many drunk the Kool-Aide yesterday.
The same way the commies won last night will be the same way they LOSE in two yrs if they dont accomplish anything..if all they do is impeach impeach impeach then guess what, the same way they got power the same way they will LOSE power. People want results, they want to see prices go down, if they dont get it they can easily vote against them
RINOs were a thing looong before Trump. Plenty of R jerseys have worn out D tees underneath them.
Trump said he is willing to work with the Dems to pass good bills. If Dems come up with something good, Trump will pass it, if they only send him crap he will Veto it that simple
