Woke 1 was so crazy? No, Woke 1 is still so crazy. It’s so crazy that not only did the Daughters of the American Revolution accept transgender men as members (that is men who falsely claim to be women), but that the organization leadership threatened and has now moved to disband the Martha Laird Chapter which was fighting to keep men out.
A DAR chapter in Texas recently sent a letter to its national leadership pushing back against their decision to allow biological men who identify as transgender to participate in the DAR. On Saturday, however, the DAR National Board of Management (NBOM) rejected the proposal. In an email sent to the Texas chapter, they were informed that NBOM “found the proposed amendment” to bar trans-identifying men from the DAR “not to be suitable for inclusion in the bylaws and not to be in the best interest of the Society.”
The Martha Laird Chapter has now reportedly been disbanded by the national organization which chose to crush it rather than actually restrict membership to women. The online page to the Martha Laird Chapter now produces a 404 error.
The DAR has become such an establishment that simply fighting for the organization’s basic name, daughters, is now something to be suppressed.
And now it’s Transgenders of the American Revolution.

This is insane! How can the membership not replace the woke leaders?

it’s amazing and sad that these weirdos have ruined so much of the American culture, TERMS LIKE: MAN, WOMAN, GAY, PRIDE, BOY SCOUTS, GIRL SCOUTS, DAR, YMCA, YWCA, etc., and they won’t stop. How awfully sad.
My mom was a member. I can’t repeat here what she would have said about this.

Anytime an organization goes national and has a national organization representing it, there comes a time when the national organization looks out for its own interests (salaries through membership dues) rather than the interests of its constituents. True for Boy Scouts, as well as DAR and pretty much any group that wants to be able to have congressional lobby.
The membership can try to organize to replace board members or create a movement to quit paying dues, but it may mean not being able to use the name DAR for their group because typically the national organization will be the ones who have the money and lawyers and will have copyrighted the name. The grass roots groups will likely not want to spend money fighting the legal battle to keep the name. sucks.
Now they themselves have become revolting.
Perhaps they should rename themselves to “Daughters Of The Revolution (Johnsons Optional)”
“Transgender” is not a real thing, never shall be. It is but an extreme form of transvestitism, cosplay and dress-up, adopting the clothing and mannerisms of the opposite gender, and even with bodily mutilations, not one cell in the body is changed from a chromosome configuration of “XX” to “XY”, or the reverse, “XY” to “XX”. The Lord in all His infinite wisdom would never have conceived of the idea, and certainly never would have allowed for the possibility.
This is called “the anti-Midas touch”, which if it does not destroy everything, certainly turns it into so much fecal matter.
Similar to the Dulles-area chapter of NOW, which bothered to document Clinton’s lousy treatment of certain women, unlike the NOW national leadership. Is Dulles NOW still in business?
I find it interesting how seldom normals instigate counter revolutions to displace these perverts.
My MIL was an active member. Thank God she’s not here to witness this crap.
The left has marched through all the institutions for the purpose of destroying them. It is absolutle absurd to call the organization Daughters of the American Revolution.
By the way, it wasn’t a revolution; it was a war of independence. A new organization should be named: The Daughters of the American War of Independence. No trannys allowed.
What happened to our Constitutional Freedom to Assemble? It’s time to emphasize and reestablish this inalienable right.
The whole DAR can disband. The first one I looked up was in error...and many others. Annoying.
My grandma was DAR. We are direct descendants of Gen. “Mad Anthony” Wayne.
Many of the membership are not up for the fight.
Apathy is so rampant its mind boggling.
