Well, for a movement we were told was just an “idea,” a massive swath of Antifa sure seems to have developed one helluva IT department.
The public image of Antifa has always been this loosey-goosey street-level chaos, complete with black clothes, masks, pool noodles, broken windows, fights with cops, and somebody always setting something on fire.
But those who pay even the slightest bit of attention know there’s a lot more to this very coordinated, highly funded network of anti-American storm troopers.
And one of the biggest things they need are places to communicate without being easily tracked. They need websites, encrypted email, secure chats, and somewhere to publish instructions or brag about what they’ve done.
That doesn’t sound like an “idea.” It sounds more like a terror network.
And now, breaking news is coming out of the State Department that reveals just how “organized” they are.
According to the Trump admin, one Italy-based group was providing digital infrastructure to the violent far-left networks operating in the United States and overseas.
It’s called Autistici/Inventati, or the A/I Collective.
And the United States just designated this group a Specially Designated Global Terrorist.
And that’s a really big deal, folks.
State and Treasury are going after what they describe as part of the “machinery” behind violent extremist networks in the US.
The best way to explain it is like this… instead of spending eons chasing random bank robbers, somebody finally started looking at who was supplying all the getaway cars.
And according to the State Department, A/I isn’t some innocent mom-and-pop internet provider that stumbled upon a few lunatics among its customers. Quite the opposite. The US government says they screened users for ideological approval before giving them access.
So, the more extreme, the better.
Now, that old line about Antifa being too loose and disorganized to amount to much doesn’t hold a lot of water.
Here’s how the State Department announced the move:

The A/I Collective builds and provides the digital infrastructure for violent Antifa cells and other radical left-wing networks in the United States and across the world.
Today, the United States is designating this extremist group as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist.
The Autistici/Inventati Collective is an Italy-based hacker cell that provides far-left extremists with encrypted communications, calls, and web-hosting services – all concealed from law enforcement.
The A/I Collective is a central node in the far-left’s war on our civilization.
The admin isn’t saying that A/I just posted some nasty political opinions or mean memes.
It says they supplied the digital tools that allowed violent groups to communicate and operate like a terror network.
Fox News obtained the State Department memo and explained how detailed this network really was.
The A/I group claims thousands of websites and mailing lists, along with roughly 16,000 mailboxes.

Autistici/Inventati, called the A/I Collective by the State Department, is an Italy-based group that builds highly sophisticated digital infrastructure used by violent left-wing organizations in the United States and Europe, along with Islamic terrorists, according to the State Department. The collective’s services include encrypted chats and email, web hosting, secure video conferencing and streaming and anonymity shields, according to the memo.
“These tools are specifically designed to support the operations of far-left terrorist networks, built to enable them to organize, recruit, communicate, disseminate propaganda, share target information and tactics, and carry out violent attacks – all while remaining anonymous, untraceable, and beyond the reach of the law,” says the State Department’s memo.
So much for a bunch of random losers showing up in black hoodies.
And according to the State Department, this network was used to target actual Americans.
And you don’t have to take Trump’s word for the fact that A/I is ideologically selective. The collective basically says so itself. On its own website, A/I says it provides services only to people and groups it feels an “affinity” with, while every request is manually reviewed by one of its volunteers.
A/I:
“We provide our services strictly for non-commercial use, in order to provide support exclusively to individuals or groups we feel we have an affinity with.”
One of the most disturbing examples of A/I and their network involves Rose City Antifa in Portland.
The State Department says the group used A/I-hosted services to publish personal information about ICE personnel and encourage attacks against agents. Now we know how they got all that info out so quickly.

One of America’s most violent communist groups relies on the A/I Collective.
Rose City Antifa used a site hosted by A/I to dox ICE agents, incite attacks against them “at their homes,” and organize terror attacks on Border Patrol helicopters, leading to a federal indictment.
Several sites hosted by the A/I Collective offer detailed guides on waging terror attacks on critical infrastructure through arson, bombings, and sabotage.
Far-left terrorists are urged to attack bridges, pipelines, the electric grid, and even U.S. military logistics centers.
The government says this was infrastructure being used to expose law enforcement officers, encourage attacks, and distribute material about sabotaging critical infrastructure.
And Rose City Antifa wasn’t the only name in the memo…
The State Department says A/I services also turned up around Jane’s Revenge, European anarchist cells, and other violent groups.
And like we said earlier, A/I was screening their customers, and only the most radical got in.

The A/I Collective exclusively offers its tools and services to radical left-wing actors and manually vets all potential users for ideological affinity before granting them access to its infrastructure. The group has become a key node in a transnational campaign by violent and criminal far-left networks to destabilize the United States and its partners across Europe, the Western Hemisphere, and beyond. It currently claims to host roughly 16,000 mailboxes, 1,500 websites, 5,500 mailing lists, and 10,000 “blogs” on its custom-built platform, which militants frequently use to disseminate target information, tactical manuals and techniques, and communiqués about recent attacks.
Now Trump is treating that infrastructure itself as part of the terrorism problem.
What does this mean? Well, a Specially Designated Global Terrorist designation isn’t just some negative government Yelp review… it has teeth, and it means assets under US jurisdiction can be blocked, and Americans are prohibited from doing business with them.
So, what we’re looking at now is Trump trying to isolate A/I financially and make anyone helping keep the network alive think twice.
Department of State:
SDGT designations block all assets of the designated the entity under U.S. jurisdiction.
Americans and those based in the U.S. are prohibited from transacting with or providing and receiving services from Specially Designated Global Terrorists.
There will be no refuge for the far-left extremist networks that plot to violently overthrow free societies.
The State Department will use every tool at its disposal to disrupt, disable, and crush transnational far-left terror networks.
The guys throwing bricks are easy to see… the servers keeping violent networks connected aren’t.
Violent movements don’t need matching membership cards or some national headquarters to organize. Shadow networks, secret communications, organized infrastructure, and targets do plenty of the heavy lifting.
Now, the Trump admin just put one piece of that machinery on the global terrorism list…
It turns out even an “idea” needs a secret internet network to wreak havoc.

When Christopher Wray publically testified that Antifa was an ideology, to me that meant one of two things: either he wasa complete fool, or he knew better and was just fine with Antifa (if not indirectly complicit with their activities in the US).
Has this resulted in arrests or seized hard drives?

Our government will spend billions and dedicate tens of thousands of people to investigate and infiltrate organized crime of all sorts, from mafia to biker/street gangs, but they seem to have zero interest in even the standard mid-level organizers, let alone RICOing thier way to the top.

Those piles of bricks didn’t just magically appear all by themselves. We knew there was a well-oiled machinery running those “mostly peaceful” protests.
Uncovering and exposing their network is great and swell and all... but.... I want to see the arrests of those leftist creeps, now. Am I still dreaming?
