JD Vance has reached his highest level of support so far in a hypothetical Republican primary, while Marco Rubio has significantly narrowed the gap among Latino voters.
Vice President JD Vance leads a potential 2028 Republican presidential primary with 41%, compared with 18% for Secretary of State Marco Rubio, according to The Center Square Voters’ Voice Poll.

Vance! 👍
Rubio isnt eligible. I would welcome Rubio to do 2 more terms as Secretary of State if we wishes. Hes solid.
His voting for Hillary leads to questions about his authenticity. Trump contains him, that wont always be the case.
I was somewhat disappointed in Vance a little while back on a couple issues, but he’s doing alot better, IMHO.
And he’s a better choice than Rubio.
I’m happy either way
We’re damn lucky two good candidates
Plus Desantis is hardly chopped liver governor wise
I see Vance more culture war
But Rubio is very charismatic and quick on his feet too plus his Munich speech was perfect about preserving western civ
Run em together sounds smart to me
I think Vance is younger ?
Rubio can campaign in Spanish which helps with Latino males who we need to keep
Either way media will come hard
Rubio in soap suds remember ?
Vance some quirky utterings and white trash mom
They will stoop to anything
It’s all they have
DeSantis has shown he knows how to run an economy.
Vance and Rubio are unknown quantities in this important matter. It’s a roll of the dice.
What about Tiffany?
Of course he’s eligible...and he ran before.
I knew he ran before, but he was running at a time when the RINOs and Democrats were trying to corrupt the system, because wanted to open up the Presidency to electing people who were not strongly attached to the well-being of America.
But yes, he is eligible.
He was born on May 28, 1971, in Miami, Florida. His parents were Cuban immigrants who arrived in the United States in 1956 (as permanent residents) and became naturalized citizens in 1975—after his birth.
Unless one counts Edith Wilson, Hillary Clinton or Jill Biden...
The Republican bench for 2028 & beyond is truly deep.
The democrat’s bench is truly deeply depressing!
Its a long time til 2028.
Was Vance a demoncrat then? Anyhow, I think it was a promotional engagement for his "Hillbilly Elegy" book tour. Gag worthy. Someone should dig up that interview, a lot of ammo there.
“Vance made it crystal clear that he didn’t support Donald Trump.”
Back in 2016, Rubio wasn’t exactly barnstorming for Trump either...nor just about any other Republican. I suspect they simply figured Trump would get trounced.
Now Rubio, TOTALLY IGNORING his base and instead teaming up with Lindsey Graham and John McCain to try to get Obama’s AMNESTY passed tells me that he should NEVER get the top job.
Last thing I’m reading tonight, and glad I did.
Pleasant dreams.
It’s not even the midterms, and MundoNOW ( owned by Conocer Digital Holdings with a “virtual” office 4720 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Ste 201, Berkeley Lake, Georgia ) is busy with the 2028 campaign.
I just hope they have a clean primary where each:
1. lists out their ideas for the future
2. lists out their achievements and how this makes them eligible for achieving their ideas for the future
I am so fed up of muckracking in primaries
DeSantis is the stalking horse. We are blessed to have a deep bench in 2028 vs the clown show on the left.
Both would prioritize the national debt which is obviously a crucial issue. Vance can still be controlled by Silicon Valley , they just need to give him the freedom to admit robotics and AI are not going to grow our way out of it.
