Yup.

Even the name is a subtle scam. Remember, the language of the left is basically a public relations manipulation.

Gas, Oil, Coal are actually organic. But, organic is supposed to be good, so they can't say "organic fuels". It has to be "fossil" (as in old and outdated) and carbon (like soot).

Why are there different tiers?
Producing the electricity costs the same any time of day.

tier 1 is 18 cents and tier 2 is 28 cents.

The first thing you need to do is check to seeif you are on TOU or Standard Billing. If you are on TOU(Time of Use) instead of Standard Billing you will by 2 to 3 times more so check and switch back to Standard Billing. My neighbors bill went from 800 to 200 when he switched, I was always on it.

Thanks for the tip. The bill I posted was from a person on Nextdoor website where lots of people are posting their large electric and water bills.
