They’re too stupid to realize the world is moving away from the Straights, they’ve cut their own throats. And one other country has watched their control slip away is Britain with Londons financial market! Good for the world!
It’s not silly. It’s Iran saying whatta-U-gonna do-bout’-it? They’re closing the strait. It’s an act of war and spending money on pipelines proves one thing: the gulf states got little ones.
Well that’s just too bad, isn’t it?

Current pipelines that bypass the Strait of Hormuz include the Saudi East-West Pipeline (Petroline), which transports crude oil to the Red Sea, and the Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline (ADCOP), which carries oil to the port of Fujairah on the Gulf of Oman. These pipelines help reduce reliance on the Strait of Hormuz for oil exports.
They’re already built.

I believe SA and the UAE are already bypassing the Strait 5 million barrels a day.
Yeah, I don’t doubt they don’t like that. It gets the others out from under their thumb. Right now the Strait of Hormuz is their only leverage.
