Alleged comedian Chelsea Handler really has her hand on the pulse of the country!
According to the former Daily Show guest host (and famously single, childless, and totally happy middle-aged woman), if Todd Blanche becomes attorney general of the United States then it's over for Roe v. Wade!
We're going to get Todd Blanche, he's going to get confirmed, and he's going to overturn Roe V. Wade.
So, yeah, the Attorney General doesn't "overturn" Supreme Court rulings.
Also, Roe was overturned by the Dobbs decision over FOUR years ago.
