Pa. attorney general must review cases Philly DA wants to overturn, state Supreme Court rules
In an extraordinary ruling from Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court, if the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office wants to overturn a conviction in state court, the state Attorney General’s Office must be given the chance to review the case and make sure a proper investigation was done.
The order comes as a King’s Bench petition, which is basically a mechanism for the high court to take over a case and review it. The case at hand involved Lavar Brown, a man convicted of killing two men in the early 2000s and sentenced to death row.
In their opinion, the five Democratic and two Republican justices said District Attorney Larry Krasner has “numerous instances of untrustworthy concessions, lack of candor, misrepresentations of fact, lack of adequate investigation, and avoidance of hearings” and is “unreliable.”
They said when a district attorney fails to follow through on their duties it “does not minister justice, it facilitates injustice.”
The high court said because “the problems are poised to continue,” it’s now requiring the Attorney General to intervene on behalf of the commonwealth.

Because the PA Supreme Court justices are elected statewide and so they worry about stuff like this.
Even though they are accusing this communist of lying and outright injustice, he continues to be reelected.

This is what’s called having your cake and eating it too. This is almost as bad as the Florida legislature’s transforming the state constitution into one big, fat giant grab-bag ballot initiative, renewable every two to four years at the polls by all those room temperature IQ Florida voters who’ve relocated from blue states. F’n disgusting.

The correct spelling is “Krapner”.
Steve Mulroy, Memphis DA, is having the state look under his tent, too. Way overdue. Mulroy is a Soros Soldier.
My niece went to law school. She grew up wanting to be a lawyer like her dad. She passed the bar and went to work in the Philly DA office. After a year, she quit in disgust.
This is good.
And I continue to think that AI will have a role to play in court cases. Feed in the relevant laws and statutes. Feed in the evidence. Have the AI figure out if a law was actually violated at all. Then have the AI figure out if the defendant was the person who violated that law.
And, importantly, have a human judge (or jury) review the AI decision to see if the AI is showing bias or a hallucination. Most likely, the AI decisions will be better than a Democrat decision, and also will not depend upon skin color. And, as a side benefit, if the AI is allowed to read the Constitution, the country will not have any gun control laws.
Arlen Spectre was the prime example of what a RINO actually is. He was a democRat while he was in Philthadelphia politics, but when he went for a statewide office, he became a Republican. Eventually, he went back to his roots, and once again declared himself to be a democRat. He was responsible for the fake “magic single bullet” theory that tried to cover up the JFK assassination. A true scumbag in every way.
That would be great.
