California is using the Federal mail system to corruptly elect Federal representatives (and state and local officials).
So don't recognize their corrupt election/certification system.
Don't seat their representatives.
There goes 53 seats in the Congress until you stop the corruption.

Yeah. If you win the majority. And if you don’t, then they’ll refuse to recognize any representatives from red states that have recently redistricted - or from Georgia because ‘disenfranchised’.
War is an ugly thing. And you need to pick your battles before it is formally declared.
Yeah but we have 534M ballots to sort through and adjudicate carefully to make sure our drunken corrupt childmolesting degenerate is declared the winner.
No need foe war yet.
There’s a SCOTUS ruling due in weeks whereby all votes MUST be in by elections day. Period.
No more incoming votes after that.
Let’s see how the Democrat thieves in California get round that.
brilliant!
India has 640 million ballots and population of 1.4 Billion and they count it in 24 hours.
California keep boasting they are an advanced economy.
Absolutely. Do not seat their representatives.
Do not provide any federal funds.
Take over and arrest.
Same for RCV states.
Amendment XIV.2 has never been invoked, but what if it were?
Would the state affected immediately have to redistrict?
Suppose the legislature/governor could not agree how to do that?
Absolutely! I would also add that until this is resolved, each and every member of the House and Senate from California should be unseated, removed from both buildings and barred from entering their offices in Washington, DC, immediately!!
Fabulous concept until you count all the RINOs who often side with the dems, never going to happen.
I never said I rejected war, in fact if you read what I said I suggested it’s inevitable. But this isnthe time when picking battles wisely can make a huge difference.
Which is all about picking battles.
Sounds like a plan to me. Possibly a very good one.

Prolly by ignoring any such ruling. The Constitution says that the states can make their own rules regarding election processes so a declaration by the USSC that places parameters on those processes is welcome but I’m not sure that FegGov can enforce it. Ignoring the USSC has happened before.
wouldn’t the Supremes ruling likely onlly apply to federal elections since state election procedures mainly left to them. here in L A the governor and mayor of L A races would be unaffected, if so. hmmm.....
Let’s see what SCOTUS says.
But I don’t see why it should only affect federal elections.
If you are a real voter, you post your ballots same day.
Don’t see why you post state ballots a week after elections day.
“Ignoring the USSC has happened before.”
With serious consequences.
