🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: The US Supreme Court could be on the verge of STRIKING DOWN California's "election month" and late mail-in ballot shenanigans
A case has ALREADY BEEN HEARD and multiple states' mail-in laws may be null and void soon. MAKE IT HAPPEN 🔥
"There is a Supreme Court case pending. Right now the courts already heard it. We're waiting at this end of the term in June. We get all of these last decisions. The big ones. This one came out of Mississippi and it deals with a state law that says how long you can count ballots after Election Day."
"If they're postmarked what the grace period is there...it's certainly something that could be a big resounding ripple effect across the country based on what they decide Mississippi."

In CA, as long as it takes to get a communist winner.
State elections may be different.
Won’t impact state elections (governor and LA Mayor).
I wonder if they’ll look into the slow steal of 2020 (that the Surpremes finally put an end to) for precedent in the ruling.
If it were up to me, mail-in ballots would only be counted on election day and no other. So turn in your homework with everyone else.
Sounds like allowing abortions up to birth. Just keep counting mail-in ballots for nine months after the first election day. Whatever it takes for RATs to pick every candidate in every election.
2020 will be FULLY exposed; count on it.
So let it be said; so let it be written.
I agree with you. 2020 needs to be exposed to the light of day and perpetrators held accountable. But I wrote 2020 when I meant 2000.
It’s happening!
When pigs fly.
Those that live in big cities, or near college campuses, are never five minutes from a mailbox and have no excuse to mail their ballot on time.
However, persons that live in rural areas, small towns, golf courses, suburbs, and exurbs may have more difficulty getting to a mailbox to drop their ballots and may need additional time.
That is a good point, but aren’t Congressional and Senate elections National and Federal?
A SCOTUS ruling means nothing. Liberals have ignored SCOTUS before.
And yet the rural votes are always completely counted on election day, and it’s the big cities where it takes “weeks”. Maybe things have changed, but when I used to live in the big city (Nashville), I could drop a letter in the mailbox in one part of Nashville, and have it delivered to the recipient in another part of Nashville the very next day.
It’s as official as my ass.
May I truly be shown to be the official ass of stopping the count.
Now it takes a week if it’s “priority” mail
If it gets there at all. I had an Ernest money cashiers check take 2 weeks to get to a title company. I ended up wiring them the money 4 days in to the wait.
They would have to have two separate elections and methods of counting for state and federal elections. Very impractical. More likely is that the CA would be forced to ditched the extended election season vote count.
“And yet the rural votes are always completely counted on election day, and it’s the big cities where it takes “weeks.””
Take Texas, perfect example, Harris County with under three million voters takes hours or even days to count ballots, while Loving County with over 145 voters can get their ballots counted before sunrise.
My mom was a GOP canvasser and poll-watcher in NY State for 40 years from the 1940s to 1980s
As a kid I would visit her at polls or at county GOP HQ on Election Day. It was serious work and people were somber and focused. It felt like going to church.
Mail-in ballots were already received early. The analog tabulators were checked at polling stations, and the results were given to the State by 10pm on election night. She would be home by 11PM and everyone knew the results by then.
there were never any recounts, or claims of fraud, because the system was so simple and easily observed
It just tell me that present-day mass mail-in ballots and weeks-long counting are designed for FRAUD.
The correct answer is zero.
California is not doing that, no matter what the courts say.
