A new lawsuit filed against California Secretary of State Shirley Weber is reigniting concerns about election integrity in the nation’s largest state.
The plaintiffs are alleging that hundreds of thousands of inactive voter registrations remain on California’s voter rolls in violation of federal law.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court by Orange County Supervisor and Republican Secretary of State candidate Don Wagner alongside the American Independent Party of California.
The lawsuit claims that California has failed to remove approximately 873,092 inactive voter registrations despite legal requirements mandating voter roll maintenance.
The complaint was filed with the assistance of Judicial Watch, a conservative government watchdog organization that has previously challenged voter registration practices in several states.
According to the lawsuit, federal law requires states to remove certain inactive voter registrations after voters fail to participate in multiple consecutive federal election cycles and fail to respond to address verification notices.
The plaintiffs allege California has not properly enforced those requirements.

Come on man, what’s next, are they going to say dead people shouldn’t vote either???
Too late for this election cycle. Bassturd will win.
If USAID were still around, they would fund many Nonprofits dedicated to the rights of the ghosts.
Right to vote, to have a home, Healthcare, food, Netflix, Uber, etc.
I’m confident my deceased uncle Vic has flipped and voting for democrats now!!!
The gift that keeps on giving was 1992 when wife n I put CA in our rear-view mirror.
This just proves that voter integrity laws do NOTHING to stop these problems when the putative enforcers ignore these laws, or even actively oppose them in practice.
I would guess that our situation in Washington is just as bad or worse. The thing that does not get mentioned is that the DMV registers illegal aliens to vote when they come into to get their drivers licenses. Most cannot read or understand English so they are allowed to have helpers to pass even commercial tests for big rigs.
Vote fraud is institutionalized in CA.
It’s far, far worse than most can comprehend.
In the big elections several million fraudulent ballots are counted and the US DOJ does nothing.
Dead Blockbuster customers are voting
Gotta give the dems credit. Started out with beer and cigarettes. Then they used taxis, water main breaks, and improper electronic voting. Now they hundreds of thousands of stashed votes ready when they need them after Election Day has passed!
The inactive registered remain simply to obscure the fraudulently ACTIVE election theft processes.
Go after the actual active cheating class and their methods, instead.
I believe that we’ve been informed of the hundreds of thousands of inactive voter registrations as a “Limited Hangout”.
If they are inactive, a vote wasn’t counted for THEM.
Why let them run us in circles around non existent votes, when the actual fraudulent votes are what does the actual election stealing?
Fix this, of course, but know that it is just obfuscation and cover for something worse, that actually does the thieving.
~Easy
Congress should refuse to seat any congressman or senator from California until their voter rolls and procedures are cleaned up and independently verified.
Won’t happen of course.
Illinois has about the same.
Ha.
When the last Blockbuster in the US closed in January, 2014 (in Bend, Oregon) these were some of the top rentals:
Despicable Me 2 //
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire//
The Butler// and
Fast & Furious 6
They’re busy voting right now. Ghosts are notorious procrastinators. And they’re demonicRATS. You’ll see.
In Fulton County GA most “ghost votes” are “unsolicited mail in ballots”... ballots mailed to the dead, minors 16-17, non-citizens, movers, vacant houses, vacant lots. The dead don’t vote, non-citizens don’t vote...Vote Harvesters help everyone by a good voter and vote the proper way.
How many inactive voters suddenly appear and vote in close elections?
If they never vote, it doesn’t hurt anything.
But if they show up miraculously when the democrats need them, it’s a problem.
Is there any information on that?
I moved away from CA several years ago and submitted the papers for de-registration from the voter rolls at that time. Even so, I got several text reminders last week to be sure and vote this week in the CA primary 1,000 miles away. I tried to check if I was still registered: on the county website the registrar asks for my birthdate and CA driver’s license number or SSN. No matches to my old DL # or to my SSN.
So either the reminders are sent to outdated lists of voters, or “I” have been re-registered with different numbers for ID. I have no way to guess at what that might be, so there’s no real way to correct the situation if “I” am still registered.
