@GuntherEagleman GOOD! Supreme Court Signals It Will STRIKE DOWN All State Laws Allowing Ballots to Be Counted AFTER Election Day!
No more shady midnight drops.
No more “find more ballots” nonsense.
No more weeks of extended counting that destroys trust.
Elections must end on Election Day, ballots in by close of polls, counted that night. Period.

Grok:
True — with important context.
Accurate Summary:During oral arguments on March 23, 2026, in the case Watson v. Republican National Committee, the Supreme Court’s conservative majority strongly signaled they are likely to rule that federal law setting Election Day (the Tuesday after the first Monday in November) requires ballots to be received by Election Day — not just postmarked.
Democrats already filing impeachment papers for John roberts.
I hope Trump's crew is at least one step ahead of the leftist filth in that regard.
Good. The word is AFTER election day. Dems think that AFTER election results are in they manufacture the needed votes to win. Election day becomes election SEASON.
It’s good, but how many states will simply ignore the law?

Dems must be going berserk.......
“After” election day is their favorite time of year
when they sap-happily mfg the votes they need to win
That was one lame duck Congressman who is throwing a temper tantrum. His reason for impeachment has no validity; he's just lashing out.

Yes.
It wasn't enough that the largest cities in a state withheld their counts until the rest of the state was in; now they are withholding the states until the rest of the Electoral College is in.

I am reminded of the shenanigans of the Oklahoma Legislature from decades ago, until common sense and public shame got into them. The legislative term was limited by Constitution to a specific number of days. I think it was eighty. So they met four days a week until exhausted.
But when they were not finished on the last day, they would cover the clocks on the chambers and find that the day does not have 24 hours, but just a period of time when the gavel opens a session and closes it. There were many days that had 28-30 hours in order for them to finish their work. When it became ludicrous, the clocks were never covered again. This is important for what I remember of Alito’s questions during the oral arguments. He seemed to imply that Election DAY, birthDAY, and all other common expressions that contain the word DAY, meant a time recognized by the calendar. The implication is that each reference to day was for a 24 hour period.

My ship is in Australia and I can’t vote that day. I’m going to swim home.
So unfair.

Yes, elections have been declared invalid and a re-vote (or fresh election) ordered on multiple occasions. This is uncommon at the national level but happens more frequently in local races or specific districts, usually due to proven fraud, serious irregularities, technical failures, or legal violations that undermine the integrity of the results. Courts or election commissions typically make these decisions.
Which will get nowhere.
But I have a trunk full of ballots right now for the 1992 election, can’t they be counted today???

A big win for election integrity
Democrats start freaking out in 3, 2, 1.....
They’ll just do what they did in the last NJ election- steal it before polls open instead of after they close….
halleluiah
Wait Received after Election Day and Counted after Election Day are two totally different things. They can’t make states be done counting on election night. A. Has always take a week to count. They will muddy things up and sue to keep counting but this is a move in the right direction.
