In Los Angeles, it is a crime and internet sleuths are actively doing their thing...
Yesterday, someone was captured in broad daylight in the Sherman Oaks / Valley Village / Studio City areas stealing campaign signs of Spencer Pratt, the surging candidate for mayor of Los Angeles.
One security camera video shows the perp pulling-up a Pratt sign from privately owned property and walking away with it, which is a violation of California Penal Code 490.2, and elsewhere California Penal Code Section 594 for defacing, damaging, or vandalizing the signs.
It is unclear whether another person walking by at that time is an accomplice:

Elsewhere, the same ponytailed person was recorded vandalising Pratt signs, which garnered nearly a half-million overnight views - and hundreds of ribald comments and speculation about the person’s gender and physique — on my Twitter account.

A report was filed with the LAPD, though internet sleuths have noted that the perp is approximately 5’2” to 5’4” with what appears to be a lengthy tattoo on the left arm; white Nike high-top sneakers with dark laces while drinking from a “skinny” 12-ounce can.
UPDATE: HERE IS AN ENHANCED IMAGE OF THE PERP, with one sleuth amusingly describing him/her/they/it as, “Suspect is described as being a flat chested, dwarf hybrid with sleeve tat and a fivehead. Please do not approach.”

If the signs had been on public property or in a restricted right-of-way in violation of local municipal codes, they can only be removed by authorized city or county officials, not by private citizens.
If you recognize this person, please document her / his / its / their activity, license plate, and location and send it to me or the Pratt campaign for proper handling. Obviously, I discourage any act of violence, because that’s not how we roll.
There just might be additional information not disclosed at this time.

Maybe stupid, but they have been let off the hook so often with nothing happening to them, so they’ll continue that behavior.
The neck looks male.
Forget about it. It’s California, Jake..............
Fruits, nuts and flakes.
There are A LOT of people in Bass' L.A. dystopia who are getting rich from the chaos and dysfunction and have a financial interest in seeing her getting re-elected.
Someone needs to be wearing more clothes.
Hips and thighs look female.
That head looks too small for that neck.
No chin either.
Thyroid problem, maybe?
The DemonKKKrat’s tactic of stealing campaign signs has a long history. As one who put in thousands of signs for my GOP friends, it was all I could do to keep up with their theft. I wish I had use of today’s surveillance camera technology. I know judges who would have thrown the book at them.
I live in a blue city in a red state.
Very seldom do you see campaign yard signs for conservatives in front yards, unless you want your property and vehicles damaged by thugs.
Probably paid by either Karen Bass or Nithya Ramen.
The butt and legs look female.
She will get her 15 minutes of fame, good and hard.
Another dumbass liberal white chick.
Seldom held to account.
Have had that done to us before. No cams at that time. But someone had to walk into our property at least 30 feet to pull the sign. 😠
