The greatest fraud of all was CBS and Walter Cronkite and the Tet Offensive in Vietnam. This was not the Viet Cong but the NVA and the Viet Cong. They lost their ass in the extreme. At this time they were considering peace but saw what our media such as Walter Cronkite were saying and continued to fight. Walter Cronkite lied. Then a democratic congress stopped military aid to South Vietnam. We won the war on the ground but lost it via the left wing media. How about Charles McMahon and his pregnant wife. Circa 1967 he was just another student at my college with a very beautiful girlfriend. He would give me rides home to our home towns in his car. He died in a war we should have won with ease. I was lucky and got a good number in the draft lottey and Charles was not Oddly post Vietnam I tried to become an Air Force Pilot. It was 2 days of tests and then an interview for those that passed. I got accepted and was two weeks to go take a physical at Bossier and start the process to flight school after OCS.

Due to many pilots post Vietnam new pilots were cut drastically. They cut by age. I was thus an old man at 26 years of age
