The killers should have thought about it before they killed.
Death penalty sounds right.
Why weren’t their sperm donors in court with them? Were their daddies already in jail or just vacant from their lives.
Justice. We need much more of that.
The one guy the moderator was focused on had a great family life with a loving supportive mother and stepfather, grandparents, etc. No excuse for the path he chose.
What was the penalty?
All four defendants are still in the penalty phase. Defense attorneys for each are making arguments in turn to get life instead of death. Not sure when the jury will deliberate. Maybe this goes over until Monday?
THE absolute funniest line in the movie “The 40 Year Old Virgin” was when the old Indian guy asked the black guy if his kid was already going to be on parole when he’s born......that line is hysterical!
Alicia gets off?
Capital Offence.
Death Penalty likely for 3.
>>Why weren’t their sperm donors in court with them?
Their fathers had nothing to do with their upbringing. Why weren’t their mothers in court with them? Negligent Child Rearing should be a crime.
The time to be merciful towards these thugs is immediately after the death sentence is handed down. Save these perps from the psychological terror of weeks of agonizing over their fate by implementing the sentence immediately.
The gallows should be right out front - waiting.
Thanks to leftist judges Decarlos Brown (slayer of Iryna Zarutska) won’t be joining this killer - at least for a while.
Florida is a bad place to do serious crime in.
It seems to be a great place to do petty crime, judging by all the Florida man stories.
Ron White,a great comedian who often proudly declares his Texas roots, once did a skit about the death penalty. He started out by saying...in a clear Texas accent and a huge grin on his face...”if you come to Texas and kill someone we will kill you back. That’s our policy”
Alicia is not guilty.
One of the best way to cut down on these senseless murders is to ban all rap music, TV shows like MTV’s(?) “Thug Life” and others that glamorise the gangsta lifestyle.
I am not commenting on races as no race should commit murder. And none should have an OJ Simpson get out of jail free card.
But look at the weak reasons for killers to worry——
The death penalty is legal in 27 U.S. states, as well as at the federal level and by the U.S. military.
Capital punishment has been fully abolished in the remaining 23 states and Washington, D.C.
However, the application of the death penalty varies widely across the 27 states.
Only a handful of states actively carry out executions: Texas, Florida, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Missouri. These account for the majority of executions.

Another from Wikipedia:
“The death penalty is not enforced in New York State. Capital punishment was officially declared unconstitutional by the New York Court of Appeals in 2004, and the last execution took place in 1963. Although the state has no active death penalty, federal prosecutors can still pursue the death penalty for federal crimes committed within New York.”
Raymond Riles held the record for the longest time on death row in the United States, spending over 45 years (from 1976 to 2021) on Texas death row before being resentenced to life in prison.
Gary Alvord, died of natural causes in Florida in 2013 after nearly 39 years on death row.
