So despite all the hype online -- almost nothing.
At least in the Chicago area no May Day disruptions at all.
Anybody here see anything unusual in the way of political upheaval last Friday?
This is a very important non-story.

True.
Even in The People’s Republic of Massachusetts the Stores and Restaurants were crowded, School Busses rattled along, and I went to work without incident.
I saw NO demonstrators anywhere, but, of course, I’m not in Downtown Boston, so who knows?
A Gigantic Nothingburger was all I could see in my very BLUE State.
They spent their wad on No kings Day?
It looked like a no kings rally.
Love how POTUS buzzed the (not very big) commie crowd, in DC, with Marine One 😂
Agree - I expected the usual agitators to be out in Los Angles blocking freeways, etc. and planned my day around it to avoid any closures.
Didn’t hear of any disruptions at all.
The ahos have their goofy “No Kings Day” and parade and what happens? THE KING OF ENGLAND SHOWS UP IN AMERICA. The paid rioters are going to have to start working a little harder at their jobs or the far-left, communist billionaires will start paying somebody else to bring down America.
The article I saw before did not mention that 3 or 5 people get together every Friday at that location. And their primary selling point for the protest is peace.
I see one of the irregulars a few times a week at the Senior Center. If she is at coffee tomorrow morning, I will ask for an after-action report. I'm really interested to see if the signs this time were provided by CPUSA or SPLC.
Why not declare May 1 a national holiday just for cops?
