And this is just in ONE STATE. We need to defend our nutrition programs for those most in need, not for scammers gaming the system.
These individuals are taking advantage of the American taxpayer. And together with @VP’s Task Force to Eliminate Fraud, this ends NOW.

There’s a Chinese grocery store near me. I go there because they have the best seafood.
Recently saw some live Alaskan king crabs in a tank, listed at $45/LB. I asked the cashier “wow - that’s expensive. Who buys those?”
He pointed to a Mercedes Benz G-wagaon outside, covered with Ukraine flags on its bumpers. Reply: “They do, and they pay for it with EBT.”
I once saw a woman in checkout at Whole Foods using an ebt card middle aged white woman so I watched to see where she went in the parking lot a very nice Mercedes Benz I just stared good to know that’s whose using our tax dollars to get free eats
Turn all medicaid, medicare and food stamps over to the States. Offer them a three year Fed.gov declining subsidy for it during the transition.
100% of previous year for 1st year subsidy. 60% for second year. 30% for 3rd year.
They can decide how to tax their citizens, how to manage it, and what benefits to offer to the citizens of their own states.
The penalty for entitlement (stupid designation) fraud should be imprisonment with mandatory work until they pay off with labor what they stole. Humanity is disgusting.
A court judge in Memphis buys her groceries with an EBT Card. Red Mercedes-Benz. Parks in the fire lane. She makes a salary in the mid-$250K range.
You should document and report her. Doesn’t surprise me that it’s a scummy person with a law degree. We have no shortage.
Compliance with the law is obviously a stupid peasants thing. When the guardrails department is ignoring the guardrails for the benefit of themselves, it’s time to shut it down. This fraud is securing an elite class of public bureaucrats who can be told to stand down on any issue or rise up in indignation as ordered.
Income based program, most assets won’t disqualify you from receiving EBT.
Keep in mind that SNAP/EBT is designed to subsidize food producers and grocery store chains, so it’s not like any of them — or their hired members of Congress — even care who is using these benefits.
The fact that there’s no one dying in the streets of starvation tells me we’re giving out too much money.
Welfare should be a last resort, not a way of life.
Then I realized they all do it.
Through a job, I have some contact and working knowledge of a couple Ivy League Universities. I know for a fact that almost all students in most of their graduate departments are on food stamps. They walk into the welfare office, claim low income, and walk out with $350/month in EBT, no questions asked. The kids think it's fun/funny to get free shit from the government, and of course, they tell all their friends.

my kid was fired from his job for refusing to get the experimental mRna jab.
he had rent and student loans, but was able to get some unemployment finally because my state said getting fired for refusing the jab did not qualify for unemployment. he went to get food stamps and they offered him $17.00 per month. His unemployment was only enough to pay rent with a little extra.

Today, the posts on this thread show bottled up anger that hasn’t been put into action yet but will power good people in the coming battles.

A lot of people buy SNAP cards for 50% of the value. They pay the seller cash, and they get full value on the card. The seller then has cash to buy drugs and alcohol.
