At least the mansions and some other baubles could be recovered.
The government needs to hire a lot of accountants who can watch how every penny gets spent. And hire another layer of accountants who can watch those accountants. And a third layer of accountants who can watch the middle layer of accountants. I believe this would be money well spent.
Any accountant who finds fraud should receive a percentage of any money that can be clawed back.
Not at all surprising. After all it was only a few years ago that the nation learned that “BLM” stood for Buying Large Mansions.
All of these homeless NGO’S are big Frauds, they help NOBODY.
Identify / eliminate the perps by any means. Designate the NGOs as financial terrorist orgs.
