The Department of Justice has been sent a criminal referral for two individuals who helped instigate the 2019 impeachment process against President Donald Trump.
The two include a whistleblower whose name is not mentioned and former Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson, according to Fox News. A criminal referral is a means of asking the Justice Department to file charges. . . . "I want to refer information that may constitute possible criminal activity in violation of federal criminal law committed by one or more former employees of the intelligence community," the general counsel for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence wrote in a referral Fox News said it reviewed.

What I don’t understand is how on earth they went to such great lengths NOT TO mention his name?
One thing we never see in these types of situations especially if Democrats are involved is someone flipping and telling on everyone else in exchange for a lighter sentence.
They probably never think they will be convicted in Washington DC so why turn into a rat and if they do rat everyone out, they probably fear getting the Seth Rich treatment.
Continuing the trend towards justice. The timing of this all hitting with the Grand Conspiracy is hopefully going to wake the fence sitters before November.

A “Criminal Referral” is some random person saying “you ought to arrest that guy.” No one gets “hit” by a criminal referral.
