Immigrants have been coming to what was high trust America decades ago, to loot the system, and not just in health care but in all areas, using convenience stores and gas stations and anything else to launder money, to hide flow of goods, to cash in on government programs, to hide income.

Americans (and Westerners) were babes in the woods to these 3rd world people whose entire culture has always been based on bribery and whatever one could steal and deal within a culture and government of corruption, in the 1960s American tourists marveled at how everyone they ran into on 3rd world vacations were con men and hustlers and there was no trust or anything taken at face value, their government agents were all corrupt and bribery was everything, and then they started coming here and instantly got to the front of the line of the new affirmative action and race quotas for all the new government programs and business loans, minority required bidding for contracts and licenses, poorly inspected cash businesses, SNAP businesses, medical, daycare, and then becoming mayors and police chiefs in city governments and agency heads, and even inspectors and lawmakers.

We became 3rd world where nothing works well anymore, trust is gone, yet we sense and know that vast, unheard amounts of money are being taxed from us and moving around in this corrupt system where everyone gets rich, from the family who owns the little cash business to the mayors, state reps, congressmen and senators shaping law and and programs to maintain and enhance that flowing cash transfer system.

My wife was on hospice in state of Florida during her final months of battle with cancer. The service from hospice was excellent, and huge help to me, the chief caretaker of my ailing wife.

It’s simple crime and economics. When there are very large amounts of money flowing into government programs there is a very large amount of fraud. It’s not rocket science to realize criminals know the amounts of money involved are hard to track. The only way to stop fraud like this is to reduce/eliminate government handouts.

This is play on one of the Obama era student loan scams. Obama t=was handed control of the student loan program and immediately reduced the requirements to become an “education institution” that qualified for student loan funds.

Many were fly by night hair weave and toenail painting beauty schools and some were just plain fraudulent 300 sq ft office space (sound familiar?) people would take out student loans and split the money with the scammers but never attend a day in school at the non existent institution of higher learning. None of these student loans were ever paid back which is why Democrats are so zealous on student loan forgiveness. They want to take these fraudulent student loans off the books before they are investigated.

Same with the hospice. The fraudsters enroll non terminally ill people into their non existent hospices and they split the money .

To this day, I have no clue what might have been wrong with the 1952 Immigration and Nationality Law, which encompassed the tried and tested quota system for Eastern hemisphere immigrants - but the liberals in the civil rights movement wanted it gone, due to sheer sentimentality.
