It will be useless unless his ban on bail is supported by state legislation.
Our laws consider bail a right, and we’re all presumed innocent until convicted at trial.
ALL felons should be immediately remanded into custody upon conviction. Releasing them pending sentencing is foolish at best.

Florida not only cooperates with ICE, it keeps making stricter laws about doing so, including funding training of police officers to assist ICE. Sanctuary cities/counties in Florida were banned in 2019. It is a crime to enter or attempt to enter Florida, which is in addition to the Federal laws about illegals crossing our national borders. Illegals are subject to the death penalty if they commit a capital crime. We’re one of the strictest states about illegal immigration.

Uh, the article says “massive new law” which would suggests that it is “supported by legislation.”
