Find them and get them to give up their redundant organs, give all money back, and give them a somewhat reduced sentence.
Beware.
The payments to the “providers” are probably direct deposited. Just because they are not in the building does not mean they have stopped their greed. Whichever democRAT(s) is getting their 10% of the loot may just figure out how to continue.
As of March 2026, while authorities have shut down over 280 hospice providers, hundreds of potentially fraudulent hospice businesses continue to operate in Los Angeles County, despite showing multiple red flags for fraud. CBS News
Why They Are Still Operating:
Many fraudulent companies are hard to shut down permanently because they use stolen patient identities and can disappear when investigated, only to re-emerge under new names.
Foreign nationals are often involved, sometimes sending money abroad and fleeing to their home countries during investigations. Instagram
Key Findings on Status (March 2026):
Hundreds Still Operating: A CBS News analysis found that over 700 of the approximately 1,800 hospices in LA County (roughly 42%) exhibit multiple warning signs of fraud identified by the state, such as missing documentation, excessive patient numbers, or high patient survival rates. CBS News
“Ground Zero” Continues: Intense clustering remains, with nearly 500 hospices operating within a 3-mile radius in the San Fernando Valley. One building in Van Nuys has 89 different hospice companies registered to it, many showing fraud indicators.
Enforcement Actions: California has revoked over 280 hospice licenses and has 300 more under investigation. Furthermore, a task force suspended 70 high-risk hospice providers in Los Angeles within a week in March 2026. California State Portal | CA.gov
Congressional Investigation: Following these reports, the House Oversight Committee announced a probe on March 23, 2026, into “rampant” fraud in California hospice systems, demanding records from Governor Gavin Newsom’s administration. CBS News
Note: The state has a moratorium on new hospice licenses that was extended through 2024 to curb the growth. California State Portal | CA.gov
Shocked! I am. Federal money that is administered by corrupt blue states, is the softest target.
How about giving them 30 days to refund the fraud and not prosecute. Anyone who refused, hang them off a bridge.
It might be easier to cut off funds for all hospices
The ones that scream are likely legit, payments can be resumed after investigation.
“How about giving them 30 days to refund the fraud and not prosecute. Then, hang them off a bridge.”
(Made a slight change in wording, I like mine better)
Sunlight...and promises of a reward.
Home Healthcare is the next target industry. Totally unregulated and very easy to rip off the bed bound elderly. Democrats hate the costly elderly. This is all part of the plan where do you stick illiterate immigrants that canāt drive⦠Home Healthcare.
‘shut it down’
wink wink. They just changed geographical locations.
They will NEVER be stopped.
ok by me
“...operating as a home healthcare and hospice consultant, teaching others how to start a fraudulent hospice business.”
It’s been obvious that many of the fraudsters had help setting up and running their scams. My guess is that there is a whole pyramid that leads to “non-profits” funded by the usual suspects. Find them. Prosecute them. Make the deep pockets pay for all losses downstream of them.
“...Foreign nationals are often involved...”
