A judge with the San Diego County Superior Court has ruled that Rady Children’s Hospital must continue offering so-called “gender affirming care” to minors, even after the hospital announced it would stop providing such services.
Judge Matthew Braner ruled last week that the hospital must continue to offer transgender procedures, including things such as puberty-blockers and other hormone treatments, to patients under 19. The hospital had previously announced in January that it would stop offering the procedures. This prompted the California Attorney General’s Office to sue, arguing that ending these procedures violated state law.

What the heck? So now, healthcare providers are required to provide these treatments and surgeries? They don’t have a choice not to offer those medical services?
This world is bizarre sometimes.
TRUMP had better start doing whatever it takes to remove these activist liberal “judges” from power.

Any hospital that used to provide child sex changes and which is now caught in the middle of this mess deserves everything that it is getting. Hopefully they all go bankrupt from legal bills and lawsuit liability.
No question about it, we have an out of control judiciary with criminal minded power hungry Judges who think they are above God and natural law. Remove them from their position of sociopathic power or this country is sure to fall at their hands.
Oh those rascal judges. Stepping in to rule over us when we citizens think we run a free country here. The judges are superior to all of us and know more than we do. /S

I can’t imagine what law the judge believed the hospital was breaking by the decision to cease so called “gender affirming care”? He pulled this one out of his butthole.

So does this judge pay the judgements against these doctors that are inevitably going to happen?

There is a great argument here for HHS immediately withholding reimbursements to this hospital. Let the judge see just how quickly the threat becomes reality.

Those ovaries are obviously a mistake.
I believe the problem with those protesting against ICE is that they are protesting the wrong thing if they don’t like what ICE is doing. ICE is trying to enforce a law. If the protesters don’t like it they should protest against the law and the law makers, not the enforcers.
If the judge is truly following the law, maybe the same concept applies here.
The only way to do that is to impeach judges. Trump doesn’t have authority to just remove judges.
