These judges blocking the deportations of criminals are HURTING tourist VISA chances for future well intended tourists from 3rd world nations because they make it difficult to enforce our own VISA laws and deport them.
Those judges are actually ANTI-legal-immigration.

These are Venezuelans deported to countries other than Venezuela under the Alien Enemies Act when Maduro would not take them back. Bottom line, now with the US in charge of Venezuela, it will take them back and no need to use the Alien Enemy Act to get rid of them. Although it would not be a bad idea to deport Judge Boasberg under the Alien Enemies Act

The court already ruled he has no jurisdiction. And he’s basically just blowing them off.
This is the same judge who signed the falsified FISA warrants against Trump allowing Garland to wiretap Trump and who also signed the warrants allowing Jack Smith to wiretap Republican Senators and preventing the service providers from letting the Senators know they were being wiretapped.
I know he has immunity for his orders as a judge. So the only remedy is impeachment. But if there were ever a case for judicial impeachment, this would be near the top of the list.

OH! and I understand that "liberty interests" can be Limited and are not absolute. They may be restricted by the government if there is a compelling, narrow interest, such as public safety.
