Under the Constitution, we have a democratic republic. The nation’s immigration laws were enacted in conformity with the Constitution by duly elected officials of the Legislative and Executive Branches of the federal government. The immigration laws have been held to be constitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court, which comprises justices nominated and confirmed by the Executive and the Legislative Branches.
The Democrats are acting in opposition to the Constitution. The Democrats’ conduct constitutes a rejection of the democratic republican form of government established by the Constitution. Under the Constitution, if the Democrats want to stop enforcement of the duly enacted immigration laws, they are obligated under the Constitution to change the laws in conformity with the Constitution.
Instead, the Democrats have taken the anti-democracy path. Democrat President Joe Biden was required by the Constitution to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” The Constitution did not allow President Biden to fail to enforce the immigration laws and effectively open the border to millions of people who entered the country in violation of the laws. Nor did the Constitution allow President Biden to grant benefits to those who were in the country illegally. The Democrats have “sanctuary” policies that hinder the federal government from enforcing the duly enacted immigration laws.
In acting in opposition to the Constitution, the Democrats are acting like tyrants, not like those who support a democratic republican form of government.

‘The ‘Democratic Party’ is not democratic’
At all.
The anti-America/anti-American Left has cleverly discovered that it is far easier to take over an established political party rather than start a whole new party.
That’s correct.
The US is a democratic republic. The party that constantly calls for “democracy” is in reality working towards the establishment of a people’s republic, a term which is a double lie: it is not a republic, and it never benefits the people.
They should only be called “the party of Democrats.”

1) Dem homes in sanctuary cities will be considered sanctuary homes
2) Dems must register as sanctuary homes and will be allowed to house criminal illegals in their homes without ICE interference.
3) If homeowners are in trouble they call 911.
4) ICE will then be allowed to invade the house by any means necessary to arrest the illegals.
5) The county coroner will arrive to remove any homeowners/illegals remains.

Red states should start declaring themselves sanctuary states from the federal income tax.

The current so-called democratic party has NOTHING in common with the real Democratic Party of our fathers and grandfathers...other than the name. The old Democratic Party was made up of hard-working Americans that loved America.
The current party has soconded the name and wrapped itsellf in a fake facade.
It is a godless, violent, murdering, anti-American Communst Party that’s hellbent on destroying the USA as we now know it. It should be banned and outlawed from within the confines of the USA and it’s leadership locked up facing a military tribunal at GITMO for insurrection, if not outright treason. SPIT.
