RE: 509 dead tenants in Minnesota....
They get mad when their benefits are cut off.
“They’re back, they’re hungry, and they’re not vegetarian.”
The transcript is from an episode of "Washington Watch" hosted by Tony Perkins, featuring an interview with HUD Secretary Scott Turner.
Key points discussed:
He described the findings as evidence of gross negligence, lack of stewardship, and inadequate financial controls.
Turner suggested the fraud appears coordinated, not just isolated exploitation due to poor oversight, and connects it to broader issues like turning a blind eye to taxpayer money misuse.
He linked the fraud to illegal immigration, stating that over 12 million illegal migrants strained housing supply and increased costs, with over 59% of illegal alien families using HUD welfare programs at a cost of about $42 billion a year. HUD is focusing on prioritizing American citizens in its programs.
In the final segment, Turner discussed partnering with faith-based organizations to address homelessness, noting that such groups were sidelined under the Biden administration but are now being included in continuum of care grants to provide comprehensive support beyond just housing, aiming for transformation and independence.
Where did they get the 509 names, the voter registration records?
Didn't the neighbors notice the smell?!
Only 509? Those are rookie numbers! During his house-to-house searches, Charleton Heston routinely found that many in a week!

Regards,
Looks like click bait. I suppose the author meant to say 500 bogus tenants have been discovered.
Sounded clear enough to me.
509 Dead Tenants? I believe I found a good name for my son’s new rock band.
Each of the 509 voted a straight Demoncrat ticket, multiple times, in every election in the last twenty years.
I asked Duckduckgo search assist what states had similar population as Minnesota (Colorado and SC at 5.71 million each), and how much in federal funds they received. In 2022, Minnesota was given $21.9 billion, CO and SC both got $18.4 each. In 2025, Minnesota got $23.3 billion. Figures for the other two states for 2025 didn’t come up.
Theft and Fraud in ALL STATES....sadly!!
When they say “hold them accountable” does that mean someone might actually be arrested? Or is that crazy talk?
Where Food Stamps are concerned, I’ll bet there are 509 scammers just in my section of the county. Half of them shop at the same grocery store I go to.
I’m going with door #2, unless proven otherwise.
This is where accountability and responsibility diverge. Responsibility comes with actual penalties and accountability needs only an apology. To hold someone accountable they just have to admit they did it and say they are sorry. That’s why liberals like to control the language. If you catch them, they say they are being held accountable and say My bad, and that’s it. Off they go to the next gig. Responsibility would mean fines and possibly jail time. Liberals don’t like responsibility.

Breaking HUD News: Fraud Ran Rampant In Minnesota Under Biden

A housing and urban development report
finding this more than $5 billion in
taxpayer funds went to questionable
rental assistance recipients during the
final year of the Biden administration.
This report alleges more than 30,000
deceased tenants and thousands of
potential noncitizens receiving these
payments. Hot officials say a large
concentration of the suspicious payments
went to New York, California, and DC
with dead recipients getting at least
some funds in all 50 states.
Former Biden HUD Secretary Marshia Fudge and
her deputy secretary Adrienne Toddman
have not yet publicly commented on the
matter, but Scott Turner is here, the
Housing and Urban Development Secretary.
Mr. Secretary, good to see you and thank
you for coming on.
What is your department doing to resolve
these issues from this report? And I’d
love to know how you stumbled upon it.
Well, good morning, Sean. It’s great to
be with you and thanks for having us.
You know, as you said, it is really just
gross negligence and bad stewardship
during the Biden administration. $5
billion in uh potential improper
payments uh is a really a disgrace and
embarrassment for this agency. But we
have been very intentional to be uh
focused on the mission that we have here
at HUD. And one of those is to be a good
steward of a taxpayer dollars. And so we
have boots on the ground uh in Minnesota
right now.
We have people at HUD that
are finding waste, fraud, and abuse. We
have great partners in our CFO’s office.
Tony Perkins? Dead tenants? Oh Mother!
Did you hear about the Somolian cockroach language translation scam?
They will take someone with them to their Dr’s appt as they suddenly have forgotten to speak English and need a translator.
The translator gets $100/hr with a min guarantee of EIGHT HOURS.
So, they will go to the dr with family or a friend to ‘translate’ and their friend/fam gets $800 for doing repeating what the dr said.
THEN they get in their fam’s ‘medical transport’ -which pays $$$$ back to the Somalian scammer - to go home to their welfare funded homes.
AMERICA NEEDS TO CUT ANY WELFARE/ AID TO SOMOLIA FOR THE REST OF ETERNITY.
