Small Business Administration (SBA) Administrator Kelly Loeffler revealed that the agency would be “cutting off” grants to Minnesota in response to ongoing reports of Somali fraud in the state.
In a post on X, conservative activist Benny Johnson shared that Loeffler told him she would be “taking immediate action” after YouTuber Nick Shirley and his team exposed fraud in Minnesota and “uncovered over $110,000,000 in ONE day.”
Johnson added that Loeffler said it was “due” to Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) refusing “to enforce laws governing small businesses” and because of his “allowance and facilitation of fraud.”
“SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler tells me she is ‘disgusted and sickened’ by Nick Shirley’s expose of Somali small business fraud and is taking immediate action,” Johnson wrote in his post. “SBA is cutting off and clawing back ALL SBA grants to Minnesota, effective immediately.”
Johnson’s post continued in part:
Loeffler tells me that SBA was able to uncover half a billion dollars of fraud “within days” of investigating Minnesota.
She notes the Trump administration will focus on the “state officials” who built an “industrial-scale crime ring to rip off hardworking Americans.”
“The scope of this international scam is still unknown, likely in the billions. Pending further review, SBA is freezing all grant funding to the state in order to stop the rampant waste of taxpayer dollars and uncover the full depth of fraud,” @SBA_Kelly tells me.
Breitbart News’s Lowell Cauffiel reported that after Shirley released a video, in which he visited a learning center in Minnesota that was “receiving millions in federal aid for up to 99 kids but showing no signs of activity,” Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN) called for an answer from Walz.

I watched Shirley’s video yesterday in its entirety. Mind boggling.
I have to ask, why in the hell are these grants so damned large? These bogus day care centers are getting millions annually. Why so much for freaking DAY CARE CENTERS that are meant for just dozens of kids? The largest one was for a hundred kids. SBA is “small business.” I can see helping out a small businesses, to help get them started, etc. But millions in a constant flow?! I mean, what the hell!
And all their bank accounts should be immediately frozen.
Though it may already be too late - they probably already cleaned them out.
Don’t worry, folks. The funds will be restored just as soon as the Vikings win the Super Bowl.

It’s a creation of our Federal Reserve, and backed by nothing. Congress has learned it can fund 1000 social engineering projects which is why it over-spends every year, and this year by $1.8 trillion
A lot of that is just ultimately printed / monetized by our central bank.
Certainly Democrats and RINO GOP have realized it, and even IQ 80 Somalis have learned it - its just printed pieces of paper government hands out for political favors.
So why not steal what you can, while you still can?
Fraud like this is rampant across the US. In Washington Lutheran Community Services teaches immigrants how to juice the system legally. They can’t speak English,but they can get paid for caring for parents or “autistic” sister. It is actually Medicaid fraud, they get supplies for parents and turn around and sell them. It’s disgusting, unfortunately it won’t stop until they bar aid to immigrants legal and illegal. I’ve also seen it healthcare as well. They need a federal tipline. Don’t get me started on food banks, thief’s that don’t need it go there and take it for their healthcare facilities.
