The FBI has raided the home of a Secret Service agent in an alleged tax and wire fraud case, according to a new report from RealClearPolitics. The case involves millions of dollars in donation as well as grants; the raid took place on or around the day of December 8.
Multiple sources told the outlet that in the fraud scheme linked to the agent, the official accepted donations to a charity that claims to support inner-city youth as well as domestic violence victims. The Secret Service agent is on unpaid administrative leave and has been stripped of his security clearance, according to the outlet. However, the agent has not yet been arrested.
In addition to the fraud charges, the Secret Service agent could face internal insider threat allegations over poor judgement, the outlet reported. “This is bigger than the 2012 prostitution scandal because agents are trained to investigate tax and bank wire fraud – anyone involved knew what they were doing was illegal," a source familiar with the matter told reporters. The agent in question currently serves on Vice President JD Vance's detail. The charity, however, was started previous to the Trump administration.
The 2012 scandal referenced by the source refers to when over a dozen USSS agents were fired after superiors discovered they had hired prostitutes during a trip to Colombia when they were preparing for a trip involving then-President Obama.
The agent in question was listed as the founder as well as chairman of the charity's board of directors, according to RCP. The charity, on tax documents, claims that it provides “emergency assistance to survivors of domestic violence, financial literacy, preventing childhood obesity, & [stet] supporting families affected by HIV/AIDS in VA, MD, DC, & GA.”
After starting in 2022, the charity was given $351,329 in grants and donations but paid just $23,000 in salaries. The following year, contributions as well as grants totaled $806,409, but only $154,590 went to the officers that year. In the latest available year, the group got donations and grants totaling nearly $1 million but paid out $267,221 in salaries.

Sounds like Money Washing, done Dem Style.
Why didn’t I think of that? /s
If Bondi and Patel are quarterbacking this, I give it no better than a 10% chance of going to trial.
Paid to overlook Trump security malfeasance?
So they still know how to raid when they feel like it.
I’m trying to follow this.
Lots of money came in and a small amount went to salaries.
Normally that is a good thing.
Is the guy pocketing all the rest?
Did the FBI call CNN and bring in a high profile swat team armed to the teeth?
The agents didn’t know prostitution was illegal?
“”””The agent in question currently serves on Vice President JD Vance’s detail. The charity, however, was started previous to the Trump administration.””””
JD needs to start asking his SS Detail: “What do you do in your free time?”
“...a charity that claims to support inner-city youth...”
Another democrat. It’s always the democrats. /spit
Hmmmm. Wonder if TK works with him.
Vance: "Gosh, I feel so safe." /S
Remember the agent assigned to protect Donald Trump:
2017
Kerry O’Grady said she would rather do “jail time” than take “a bullet” for Trump — who is a “disaster to this country,” she wrote in a post obtained by The Washington Examiner. She also endorsed Democratic challenger Hillary Clinton for president.
In her post, O’Grady acknowledged that expressing her political beliefs on social media is a violation of the Hatch Act. The act prohibits executive branch members, excluding the president, vice president and other designed officials, from making partisan statements.
“As a public servant for nearly 23 years, I struggle to not violate the Hatch Act. So I keep quiet and skirt the median. To do otherwise can be a criminal offense for those in my position,” she wrote.
“Despite the fact that I am expected to take a bullet for both sides. But this world has changed and I have changed. And I would take jail time over a bullet or an endorsement for what I believe to be disaster to this country and the strong and amazing women and minorities who reside here. Hatch Act be damned. I am with Her.”
GA........I bet Stacey Abrams is involved............
This person is supposed to be assigned to Vance’s detail. I wonder who they were assigned to in the Biden Admin?
PICTURE?????
Just collecting them reparations for the “inner city youth.”
I think we are safe in assuming....
“Inner city youth”
Legal in Colombia, I believe.
