I was subpoenaed before the grand jury in the Adam Schiff case. That investigation is still open. When I showed up in Maryland, the DOJ made a very deliberate choice: pull me out of the grand jury room, question me privately, and tell me I would be called back later.
And here is the red flag.
They did not ask about a single detail of the evidence against Adam Schiff. Not one. They were focused on the "investigators", not the crimes. That is the strange behavior we are now seeing with Letitia James.
And here is the part that should worry everyone.
The three government officials who questioned me in Maryland have "nothing" to do with the Virginia team handling the Letitia James case. These are separate cases, separate evidence, separate jurisdictions, separate prosecutors.
Yet both cases show the same behavior:
Key witnesses kept out of the grand jury. Zero interest in the evidence. Intense interest in the people uncovering it.
That does not happen by coincidence. That does not happen by accident. That comes from "higher up".
So the real question is not why Sam Antar was never called. The real question is: Who at DOJ is orchestrating this pattern across two states and two investigations?
Because the evidence is solid. The documents are unmovable. And the only thing that does not add up is the DOJ’s behavior.
And that tells you exactly where the problem really is.

Defense attorneys jury-shop all the time. I was once excluded from serving on a jury because the crooked progressive defense attorneys knew I was going to vote to convict their slimeball client. But prosecutors had better not shop for honest servants!
I hope the prosecutors are weeding out all the D.C.-area dumb Marxists and daft liberal housewives from serving on grand juries. They are going to vote their politics no matter what.

Is this person saying the Adam Schiff case and the Letitia James case are being improperly commingled?
Are they saying that the DOJ is sabotaging their own case(s)?
Are the grand juries under Pam Bondi being co-opted by the Deep State?
I honestly don’t know what this author is trying to communicate. I’m guessing (above) but I have no confidence in my own guesses.
My read is that this is confirmation the Justice Department has a Deep State/leftist infestation—and Bondi is totally out of touch with the day to day operations of her department.

Voir dire (French for “to speak the truth”) is the process in a legal trial where judges and attorneys question potential jurors and witnesses to determine their suitability, uncover biases, and ensure they can be fair and impartial, often involving challenges for cause or peremptory challenges to exclude them from the jury or to qualify an expert witness.
The facts in the James case are cut & dried: she represented to the lender that the real property would be her primary residence. That was a lie and it is mortgage fraud.
If she isn’t tried, we’ll have to change the saw to, “ A grand jury will indict a ham sandwich, but not Letitia James. “
The east coast is filled with a population loyal to the DC swamp. Lawyers, grand jurors, foreign born, the gigantic intelligence agencies and contractor and subcontractor world.
We are not in what is called Anarcho-Tyranny. That is where the laws are strictly enforced against one side, and the other side can count on dismissals, 95% friendly juries, or case dismissals.
I guess the real question should be, is Pam Bondi deep state or compromised by them?

DC voted 90% Kamala, 6% Trump. There is no weeding them out.
I doubt she could be that incompetent. Same thing for Jeff Sessiona and Bill Barr, they were Deep State stooges. Pam Bond is just like them but talks like she’s a fire breather but nothing happens. Paper tiger.

My opinion on this stuff is that if you need a lawyer to argue a case in front of a serious judge, then you want a smart, experienced lawyer who really knows the law very well.
But the AG? She isn’t going to present a case to the Supreme Court. I’m not even sure she needs to be a lawyer. Hire a no-nonsense plumber from Peoria to be the AG. Tell him to fire anyone and everyone who gives him a hard time. Clean house. Demand answers. Manage that office like a vacuum cleaner. Turn the place over, check under the rugs and fire anyone who MIGHT be involved in funny business. It’s not so much about “the law”. It’s about being honest and doing the work. A plumber who loves this country could do better than Pam Bondi.
