The FBI only investigates threats to the DC system. The statements by the ‘seditious six’ could be viewed as threats to the continuity of government; ergo, it’s possible the FBI will take the threat seriously.
WASHINGTON DC – The FBI and Department of Justice have contacted Capitol Police to schedule interviews with the six members of Congress who appeared in a controversial video urging service members to ignore orders they may deem illegal, Fox News has learned.
Last week, a group of Democratic lawmakers with military and intelligence backgrounds, including Sen. Elissa Slotkin, D-Mich.; Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz.; Rep. Chris Deluzio, D-Pa.; Rep. Maggie Goodlander, D-N.H.; Rep. Chrissy Houlahan, D-Pa.; and Rep. Jason Crow released a video directed at service members and intelligence officers stating: “Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders.” (read more)

GREAT! Nail the TREASONOUS bassturds
seditious six
The Bolsheviks are ramping things up.
Until a judge claims that Kash wasn’t appointed properly so the FBI cannot do the interviews.
The interviews better start with “You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law”. The only noised after that is the attachment of handcuffs and hearing, you are under arrest.
Eventually, all of ‘em will be dealt with by a tribunal. All 6 are ex-military.

They should be lead out in leg irons from congress while going for interrogation.
He need less bluster (i.e. the dumb post about threatening to hand these guys for treason which just makes him look bad), and more reasoned, measured action like this.
I really wish to see these people arrested and put on trial for seditious conspiracy. Even better, they should be convicted and sentenced to jail terms.
Well, I can always dream. And in dreams begin possibilities.
What I expect is that they will lawyer up and say nothing to the FBI investigators. That would be the smart thing for them to do. There will be no indictments, and the FBI will eventually turn to other matters with easier prospects.
I see that a few of people are trying to turn this fracas into a fundraising opportunity. Maybe they will slip up with some intemperate statements and cook themselves.
"The process is the punishment".
Three AWFULs and three cucks...whadda combo.
The communists sure know how to build em...spit.
I’m guessing it’ll have end up the same as Comey and James.
And the congressional subpoenas of Bill and Hillary. None of this stuff is going anywhere.
Maybe, but it is a different venue.
Good scare the bejesus out of them.
