One of the huge bonuses to having racked up a significant number of years in life is that one gets an amazing perspective on things. For example, I've been through a number of dire apocalyptic warnings. When I was a kid, global cooling and a new ice age were going to bring down the curtain on Mother Earth within 40 years. Before the ice had a chance to show up, fears of overpopulation were being spread. Widespread famine was going to do us in.
We're all aware of what happened next. When creeping glaciers and hunger hadn't brought about the end of humanity, apocalypse fetishists shifted their focus to global warming, which had a long run. Al Gore became a very wealthy man, telling gullible leftist simps that "Earth had a fever."
When the polar icecaps hadn't disappeared in the time that Gore predicted, the alarmists hit upon their real cash cow: climate change. It's warming-oriented, but a bit of a catch-all with the most movable goal posts in the history of political debate. Big Green became a player in the lobbyist game and has had great success financially violating American taxpayers whenever the Democrats are in charge of anything in Washington.
They've never made it clear why they need so much money if we're all going to die next Thursday.

Threat of a new ice age? Finally something they are right about!
All they need to do is drop the bit about humans causing it..

The next “Little Ice Age?” It’s already underway, as in just beginning.
I have no idea how they will claim that human activity is causing the Gulf Stream to collapse. I know they will try to sell the idea, but it’s going to be a tough sell.
Bill Gates recently did a flip flop on this climate change nonsense, and now we have reports of an ice age replacing the glowbull warming commie campaign.
All of the climate change worshipers, the activists, those fearing we will all die in just a few years from a scorched earth, just what will they do when their god is found to be either dead or a hoax?
Or will these clowns reverse their beliefs automatically and start worshiping ice cubes?
I suspect many will realize they’ve been played by the leftists and see the light, being the rats used them.

I can still hear the old black and white film reels from school-—another ice age is on the horizon.
Funny, I still have an old science film burned into my head—a man steps into an ice cold shower and grabs his heart. The story being that you shouldn’t shock your body. Now ice plunge pools are all the rage.

It has to do with western colonialism .
Christopher Columbus and also the Mayflower are directly responsible .
And white male dominance of society .
And oppression of transgenders .
These factors all came together and unleashed terrible climate catastrophe .
I can do without a repeat of "Watergate", Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, stagflation, wage and price controls, and disco.

We are actually somewhat overdue for it!
Eemian, the last inter glacial period was significantly warmer then current epoch.
And right before it ended, and Earth plunged into deep Ice age, the temperatures reached its peak.
Looks like we may be in this last dich rise before we plunge into abyss of the glacial age!
Every time I hear an EX-SPURT say the predicted result is "settled science" I say "show me the accuracy of your model." EVERY SINGLE TIME the time span of the demonstration of their "proof" spans years, not centuries. The span doesn't show changes in volcano eruptions.
