How would society have handled this guy in 1910?
He would have been institutionalized. Might have been locked up in a padded cell. We shut down the mental institutions in the 1970’s and 1980’s.

My first thought too. But this guy is not fun and harmless. Repeatedly attacking people. At some point, if not stopped, he’s going to kill, or at least permanently maim someone. While the judge goes home to sleep safely in a gated community getting his/her groceries delivered.
