Mike Benz has laid out a roadmap for Attorney General Pam Bondi to hold corrupt Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg accountable.
This comes amid the exploding Arctic Frost Scandal, where the Biden DOJ’s rogue Special Counsel Jack Smith orchestrated a massive spying operation on at least ten GOP senators and other conservatives.
Senators Lindsey Graham and Ted Cruz both confirmed this week that their official and campaign phone records were secretly subpoenaed by Special Counsel Jack Smith, with Judge Boasberg personally signing a gag order to conceal the unconstitutional seizure from them for over a year.
Senator Graham revealed on X that Verizon, his phone carrier, “was extremely irresponsible by complying” with the subpoena, calling it a “violation of the Speech and Debate Clause of the U.S. Constitution.”
He slammed both Smith and Boasberg for engaging in what he described as “legal slander” and “constitutional abuse.”
“It is now clear that my official and campaign phone records were subpoenaed by Special Counsel Jack Smith.
Worse, a judicial gag order was issued prohibiting me from being informed of the subpoena for at least a year because Judge Boasberg believed that if I were informed, it would lead to witness tampering and destruction of evidence. That is legal slander. I would like to know the factual predicate for issuing the gag order.
My carrier, Verizon, was extremely irresponsible by complying with this subpoena. Instead, they should have followed AT&T’s example and declined to turn over the records because it is a violation of the speech and debate clause of the U.S. Constitution.
I also expect the House of Representatives to investigate Judge Boasberg’s potential misconduct, which could be grounds for his impeachment.
The misconduct here is worthy of a Watergate-style investigation. It is my firm belief that there should be a Senate Select Committee formed to get to the bottom of this constitutional abuse and potential ethical and legal misconduct by Jack Smith as well as any potential judicial misconduct by Judge Boasberg.
This model served the nation well during Watergate, and it is appropriate for the gravity of the offenses. This fishing expedition against at least ten Republican U.S. Senators by Special Counsel Jack Smith is the biggest violation of separation of powers in our nation’s history.
The driver of this outrageous conduct was a desire to stop President Trump’s 2024 campaign for president. Three days after Donald Trump announced he would seek the presidency on November 15, 2022, Jack Smith was appointed special counsel.
Within months, 91 felony indictments were issued primarily in the deepest blue jurisdictions of the country against President Trump. What was a trickle before his announcement became an avalanche all because he dared seek the presidency again. I am convinced that if Donald Trump had chosen not to run, none of this would have happened.”
Senator Cruz, in a fiery press conference, called for Judge Boasberg’s immediate impeachment and demanded that Congress move to investigate both Boasberg and Smith for “weaponizing the judiciary.”
Ted Cruz: “I am right now calling on the House of Representatives to impeach Judge Boasberg. Judge Boasberg put his robe down, stood up, and said, “Sign me up to be part of the partisan vendetta against 20% of the Republicans in the Senate.”
That is a dereliction of duty and a violation of the judicial oath.
I want to thank Chairman Grassley and Chairman Johnson for pursuing this tenaciously, like a dog on a bone. We are going to get the answers of every person who signed off on this abuse of power — and mark my words, there will be accountability for these zealots who wanted to corrupt the Department of Justice and corrupt the judiciary in order to try to attack their enemies list.”
In a statement shared on X, investigative commentator Mike Benz laid out three specific criminal charges that Attorney General Pam Bondi could immediately bring against Judge Boasberg in connection to the Arctic Frost scandal.
1. Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law (18 U.S.C. § 242): The prosecution alleges that by issuing the gag order, Judge Boasberg willfully deprived U.S. senators of their statutory right under 2 U.S.C. § 6628 to receive notification of legal processes seeking disclosure of Senate data, thereby violating their constitutional protections under the Speech or Debate Clause and separation of powers principles.
2. Obstruction of Proceedings Before Congress (18 U.S.C. § 1505): This charge claims that the gag order obstructed the Senate’s ability to exercise its oversight functions, including the right to file a motion to quash the subpoenas, by preventing timely notification and thus hindering potential congressional inquiries or interventions.
3. Conspiracy Against Rights (18 U.S.C. § 241): The DOJ asserts that Judge Boasberg conspired with Special Counsel Smith’s office to infringe upon the senators’ rights, using his judicial authority to conceal the subpoenas and evade Senate opposition.
This is the same judge who allowed Ray Epps — the only January 6th defendant caught on video urging people to storm the Capitol — to walk free. According to Mike Davis:
“DC Obama Judge Jeb Boasberg endangered American and allied lives when he illegally exposed an ongoing military operation.
Boasberg freed a NYC woman who traveled to the White House after threatening to kill President Trump.
Boasberg allowed Team Biden to illegally spy on Trump allies.
This included U.S. senators.
And Boasberg illegally covered up the spying.
The House must impeach Boasberg.”

“Pam Bondi Could Immediately Arrest the Crooked Judge “
Uh huh. And I could win the power ball.
Wake Me when that a hole judge loses any sloop over this
You missed the boat..................
Did you buy a ticket?....................
I don’t think Speaker Johnson has the stones to go after anybody or anything.
Impeachment hearings take up a lot of time......................
“Did you buy a ticket?....................”
Naw, my chances are the same either way.
Remember the attempted assassintion of Trump at Butler. The assassin climbed up on a roof, visible to everyone including the Secret Service sniper teams, who could see him clearly with his rifle, and let him get off his shots.
Then remember that Patel and Bongino said there was “no there there” as far as anything beyond a lone gunman, etc.
There will be no dramatic efforts against any of the treasonous ghouls that occupied the previous democrat administration — not from Patel, Bongino, or Bondi.
Benz’s first and second charges look pretty convincing.
More likely to win the Powerball by finding a ticket on the sidewalk.
Democrats use power ruthlessly.
Republicans treat it as if handling a poisonous snake.
So how does the author of this article propose to get around judicial immunity for any federal prosecution?
lol - true.
The only way he gets prosecuted is if one of the local PAs do it behind her back, as is exactly what happened with Lindsey Halligan finally going after Letitia James.
Blondi just stomps her feet and tries to appear gutsy.
The judge has immunity for rulings made in the course and scope of his judicial duties. And he should have immunity.
lmao - truth of the day.
“Blondi just stomps her feet and tries to appear gutsy.”
We see the same thing.
That is the moment I lost all trust in Bongino and Patel.
Everybody on the outside always thinks they know more than those on the inside, but often they don’t.
Judge James Boasberg has done to much not to be held accountable he made up his own laws.
Examples will be made to prevent it from reoccurring.
“Blondi just stomps her feet and tries to appear gutsy.”
