One thing about “America’s strength”. It has one hell of a time trying to assimulate.

*ALL* California CDLs should be revoked. The CA DMV should be RICO’s for every violation, every accident, every death caused by the drivers they authorized.

This IS on Gavin Newsom - who is busy blaming Trump:

“Newsom’s office responded to criticism by stating that Singh entered the U.S. during Donald Trump’s presidency and emphasized that the federal government, not California, issued Singh’s work authorization, which allowed him to obtain the license under federal law.”

Sean Duffy Responds:

“If California had complied with the secretary’s emergency rule and prevented the upgrade of this individual’s driving privileges earlier this month, he would have never been able to get behind his big rig,” a statement from the Department of Transportation reads.

Had Gavin followed our rules per DOT, this guy would have never been on the road. Three more people would be alive, Duffy told Roberts.

Newsom, Duffy argued, did not follow DOT’s guidance.”

Make sure Newsom is NEVER POTUS otherwise CDLs will continue to be given out like Halloween candy to anyone including those who don’t speak or read English.

One of

62000

Sixty two THOUSAND

California issued CDL’s.

There needs to be a class action lawsuit by family’s injured or killed by such illegal issued CDL’s.

There’s no need to wait for the SCOTUS case, SecTrans can shut them down NOW.

The added benefit is that Cal and WA would have to file suit to remove the restriction as opposed to waiting for SCOTUS to find in favor of Florida and the other states.

DEW IT!!!

Newsome’s response is a red herring fallacy. He says Trump’s administration “issued the work authorization”. But the issue isn’t the work authorization, it’s the CDL.

Needless to say, politicians who rely on logical fallacies shouldn’t hold power.

This is not new but it is disgusting and scary.

I have run a few companies. One of the things that was emphasized to us over and over by council and HR consultants is the requirement to make all effort possible to only hire legal and competent.

Where is the consequence for the employers of these people?

Exactly. I have no doubts his employer is a fly-by-night migrant truck owner, who has ignored all kinds of rules (it's California after all) and probably pays no taxes.

Nothing will get fixed until the employers are outed and penalized
