Israel should annex the Druze portion of Syria into their country.
Druze are very fierce, vindictive people. If they have their own enclave right by the Israeli border, and know that Israel has their back, that would suffice for everyone. Lebanon was supposed to be an eastern Christian homeland, right by the Jewish homeland, under the French Mandate, I think. It didn’t work out that way, but giving the Christians an enclave was a good idea in principle, and something ought to be done along those lines.

The Alawites should have their homeland north of Lebanon. Obviously, they won’t mind having Christians live on their territory.

Israel claims that's the reason. I suspect they're using "defending Christians" as a PR excuse to invade Syria and eventually annex some land.
The U.S. used "freedom for Iraq" as an excuse to invade in 2003.
And "freedom for Cuba" as an excuse for the Spanish-American War.
Napoleon claimed he wanted to bring liberté, égalité, fraternité to all of Europe.
Even Hitler used "defending Germans in Danzig" as an excuse to invade Poland.
Nations often seek pretty excuses as fig leaves for their invasions.

Raid was to capture or destroy Turkish equipment monitoring the IDF. Commandos on a hilltop outpost for 2 hours. Came and went by helicopter with heavy aircover by jets.
