They say “as I work to preserve our legal rights here in Chicago” and then people will “rise up” as they have before. Similar elsewhere. Schumer made a threat to Kavanaugh and Gorsuch with “I meant of course politically”.
They are getting ready for violence.
The Chicago Mayor and Governor Pritzker said Trump’s actions are “forcing” the people to become violent in reaction.
Those are threats.

Because he is not an embarrassment to them it means they, the voters and Dem supporters, are beneath contempt. Not just the leaders.
This is exactly what the new law does...punishes those who incite a riot. Walz should be arrested.
