I remember better restaurants having extra ties and sport coats available if a male customer showed up at the door dressed too casual for the restaurant standards.

When you’re a dick, this is appropriate. By the way he is approaching this, with his anti-participation attitude by the appearance he presents, don’t expect anything but childlike actions and complete disregard for the peace aspect of this effort. He’ll just want more arms and money with no promises to pay it back from NATO and this is his perfect opportunity to do it in public with the victim label on his forehead.
